These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Morse Code Audio (the "Service"), a free, browser-based Morse code translator and audio toolset. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Morse Code Audio provides tools to convert text to and from Morse code, play and download Morse audio, and learn Morse code. The tools run in your web browser. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.

The Service is provided for general, educational, and hobbyist use. It is not intended for use in emergencies, safety-critical situations, professional maritime or aviation signalling, or any context where errors could cause harm.
